MLN brings together 12 people from across the music industry and supports them to become authentic leaders.

It’s the only programme for women, trans and non-binary people that weaves a lasting, confidential network into the experience

Our participants leave not only more confident in their leadership, but supported by peers across the industry.

In 2026 we are opening the programme to applicants from across Europe.
